“I know it’s a little cliche to say that Becky’s Foundation changed my life but I truly believe it did. Getting the opportunity to go to Ghana, work in the clinic, and get to know each and every one of the children there was unforgettable! The people in Ghana are incredibly nice and I felt safer there than I did back in the US. I loved getting to learn about the food, such as a very well known dish called red red! My favorite part was getting to develop a strong bond with the children while there. Even though it hurt me to have to leave them I know I will be back very soon and not a day goes by that I don’t think about the friendships created while in Ghana.”
